intends strengthening its position in the medium/high range sector, that is, not in “the high price” and improve with continuity its results. The above will be carried out as follows:
 ··       The selections of the highest quality oils coming from renowned and selected geographical areas.
··       The quality constancy of the bottled oils, obtained from a blend of different oils.
··       The growth of the commercial net, which brings penetration into the markets, characterized by the mature culture of oil making, formed by consumers who know and praise “the superior quality” of the oil consumed.
··       The primary address towards clients of the Organised Great Distribution.
··       The careful, balanced, economic running between the buying and selling markets of the product.
··       The offer of products which respond to the hygienic – sanitary/quality requirements together with a balanced delivery service in accordance to the clients demands.
··       The continuous tension of research to fully satisfy the consumers and the clients, based on the comprehension of taste and expectations, together with the sale of secondary products (biological and D.O.P.) by way of volume, but significative in terms of customer satisfaction.
··       The presence in the business organization of high quality service with high responsibility and authority of the running of the business applicable to the quality.
··       The internal focus on primary processes and the moving around in order to find qualified suppliers in other support areas.
··       Our effort to dispose of appropriate resources, by way of personnel, production plants, control equipment and work environment, all of which are necessary for the set aims.
··       The planning of the companies aims and the re-examination of the results obtained, on a periodic basis.
··       A constant effort to improve in a continuous manner our proper activity and the way of operating, starting from the simplest operations and that which is carried out daily .
 
The Quality Management System of the business is in accordance with Law No. UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 Systems of Quality Business Management is the instrument which matches what has previously been written above.
