EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The extra virgin olive oil from the eastern side of Lake Garda of protected origin comes from the olive groves on the Veronese side of Lake Garda. It is produced, bottled and commercialised according to rigid laws according to the disciplinary measures of the European Community with (E.C.) rule n. 2325/97. The numbered label placed on the bottle by the Certifying Board CSQA guarantees the conformity of the oil disciplined as Garda DOP. This oil of superior quality has a delicate and sweet taste that exalts the flavour of all dishes, from the most simple ones to the more elaborate. It is bottled in 0.5 lt bottles.

LA COLOMBARA
 
The extra virgin olive oil “La Colombara” is obtained by the working of mature olives, at the right point of maturation using modern systems for extraction and pressing of the olives. Its delicate, aromatic taste is an ideal supplement in every kitchen. It brings out the flavours in hot dishes and accentuates the fragrance of cold dishes. Ergonomic value is guaranteed by the bottle with its handle which permits to pour the oil easily. It is bottled in 1 litre and 0,5 lt. “la Colombara” bottles.

RIVIERA DEGLI OLIVI
The unmistakeable sticker with the exclusive bottle distinguishes this oil which has a delicate fruity taste and also for its intense fruity fragrance. It is organoletically characterised by the contribution of different varieties of olives which are typically native to the area and by the modern systems of transformation. Due to its characteristic taste it is ideal on bruschette, in pinzimoni (dipping raw vegetables in the oil) and for all dishes with a strong taste. It is bottled in the exclusive 0,75 lt bottle.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
BIOLOGICAL
 
This extra virgin olive oil comes exclusively from biological agriculture. The agronomic care dedicated to the cultivation is finalised and reinforced by the natural defence of the tree. The respect of procedure is assured and certified by severe controls by the Associazione Italiana per l’Agricolture Biologica (Italian Biological Agriculture Board), which guarantees the quality and the origin of the oil. The “Biologico” is recommended to hard to please oil consumers who wish to combine taste with good flavours and also to safeguard ones proper health and the environment. It is bottled in 0,75 lt bottles


 
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
B.VIOLA
 
Extra virgin olive oil “B. Viola” is obtained with the most modern working technologies which conserves all the precious natural properties of the oil. The extraction of the oil is at low temperature which permits the oil to arrive on the tables with its natural antioxidants. Long conservation is guaranteed by the dark coloured bottle which prevents the light to change its quality. It is ideal used on salads and for all uses in the kitchen. The bottle is 0,75 lt.

ZERBETTO
 
Extra virgin olive oil “Zerbetto” is bottled when the oil is still in its “natural state” it appears hazy because of the traces of olive pulp which can be found in suspension. The characteristic of the non filtered oil is that it maintains its fragrance and taste of freshly pressed olives. Used raw it exalts the taste of all dishes. It is bottled in 0,75 lt. bottles
